Hey guys, hope you all had a great weekend. My weekend was quite special because my Gmarket package finally arrived! Yay! I'm a bit more excited than usual since it will be my first time trying out Etude House's lip products. I know, I know - you are probably thinking how is that possible for a beauty junkie like me lol. It just happens to be the case that I find other brands more intriguing. But, the new lipstick collection looks pretty nice so I would like to give Etude House a chance :) I also got new lipsticks from Innisfree as well as some skincare products from CNP and my favorite brand Primera. There are just so many things lining up for reviews and swatches! Let's look into more details on what I have received.
Primera Peeling Facial Mild (24,000 Won)
This is my second bottle - when I repurchase something (I rarely do as a beauty junkie), it means that the product is totally amazing. This peeling gel gently exfoliates skin without abrasive scrubs. It makes my skin soft and supple while not irritating my sensitive skin. There's no 'raw' feeling afterwards so I highly recommend anyone who is afraid of harsh exfoliator to try this. I might do an in-depth review on this so you can know more about how it works.
Primera Miracle Seed Essence (35,500 Won)
It is one of Primera's best-selling product, along with the Peeling Facial Mild and Watery Berry Cream which I adore. So, I really want to try this out and see if it's as awesome. This essence contains a whopping 93.1% lotus see extract which revitalizes your skin for healthier and youthful complexion. It sounds very promising - just hope that it won't break me out like the SKII and the IOPE ones since they have similar concept and consistency. I bought the set version so it comes with a generous amount of cotton pads in a separate box.
CNP Laboratory Blackhead Clear Mask (28,730 Won)
Here comes my holy grail pore care product! It's by far the best blackhead remover I've used. It effectively dissolves stubborn blackheads on my nose and clears my pores. If you've been suffering the same problem as me - big pores with lots of blackheads - you should definitely try this! I've done a review and how-to on this before in my old blog, but if you want to see it again let me know :)
Etude House Wish Lips Talk Lipsticks in OR202 and PK003 (9,500 Won each)
Many brands have been releasing glossy lipsticks for Fall, and some of the shades from Etude House caught my eyes. I love how the product is designed to be moisturizing since I usually have chapped lips. OR202 is a pinky coral while PK003 is a burgundy shade worn by the model on the ad. I'm really falling for the girly packaging (have I mentioned pink is my favorite color?). I've never thought it would feel nice and luxurious but it does :)
Innisfree Creammellow Lipsticks in No.3, 8, and 9 (12,000 Won each)
Another Fall lipsticks collection from Innisfree with many Fall-appropriate shades. It is a glossy formula, and it looks very, very glossy from the official swatches. The three shades I picked are recommended by the brand (I don't know why I trust them), so I hope they are going to work great on me lol. No. 3 is a milky coral, No. 8 is a classic red, and No.9 is a plum shade. I tried not to pick pink shades I usually go for because I wanted to try something new. It's my first time getting a plum shade lipstick, and I really have high expectation from it.
So, that's all I got! I'll try to get the reviews and swatches of the lipsticks up as soon as I can. The skincare items may take a while since I will have to test them out for at least a week. Between Etude House and Innisfree, do you have a preference on which products you want me to cover first? Until next time!
Thanks! Primera is actually a very nice brand. You should definitely look into it :) And yeah, I wasn't expecting to break out from SKII and IOPE but sadly I did. It was not that horrible though, just clogged pores and small bumps here and there :(
