Laneige Water Drop Nail is the limited edition nail lacquer from Laneige. It comes in 5 different shades and is basically a tinted polish. I like the idea of using transparent polishes to create ombre nails so I bought 2 of the shades to test it out. The result is not perfect - I'm still mastering the technique lol - but I'm getting there.
With my limited to non-existent knowledge of Korean language, I relied on the illustration for direction. Basically, you apply a base first. Then, layer a pink tinted polish starting from the root and moving up to the tip so that the tip will be darker. After that, apply a purple tinted polish at the tip and finish off with a clear top coat to add shine.
I used Water Drop Nail in No. 1 Pink Ade and No. 4 Grape Ale.
These look really nice and make me think of summer/spring time. I would like to try them, especially the red one. I think your nails look great :)
